There are very many electric heater manufacturers all over the world, different regions have different heating elements testing standards. There are also many electric heating element manufacturers in China, in order to make high quality cartridge headers, do you know what HT Elite’s testing standards are?
To test the cartridge heating elements, we will meet this standard:
- High voltage is 1000V between wires and sheath of the heater, 5 mAh, time: 2-3 second, pass the test.
- High voltage test between thermocouple and wires of heater, 1000V, 5 mAh, time: 2-3 second, pass the test.

If the finished cartridge heaters have not passed the the tests, we will arrange to redo it, if the customer found quality problem after receiving the goods, we will compensate in the next order.
