PT100 RTD Sensor

• PT100 temperature sensor is a platinum (Pt) made of a resistance temperature detector, its resistance changes with temperature change.
• When the PT100 at 0 degrees Celsius, it has a resistance of 100 ohms, its resistance as the temperature rises from approximately uniform growth.
• But the relationship between them is not a simple proportional relationship, but more should be close to a parabola.

 

Components

• Common pt100 temperature sensing element have

• glass components,
• mica elements,
• which are respectively made of platinum wire wound on a ceramic skeleton, the skeleton of glass, mica skeleton and then processed through a complex process.

Advantage: Excellent stability, high accuracy, reliable performance.
